Personal Hygiene Principles:

Hands must be washed with disinfectant soap and warm water after handling each animal.

After washing, hands are disinfected with hand sanitizer.

A rubber apron is worn during animal bathing.

A smooth apron that does not trap fur is worn when grooming.
Salon Cleaning Procedures:

After each animal, the bathtub, tools, equipment, and all used surfaces are disinfected.

Disinfectants are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, including correct concentration and contact time.

Tools and equipment contaminated with biological material are disinfected with virucidal agents.

All disinfectants used are approved by the Chief Hygienist of the Czech Republic.

Disinfectants have their production dates labeled.

The table and floor are cleaned of fur.

After the last client leaves, the floor is washed with hot water and a disinfectant that neutralizes odors.

Each towel is used for only one animal and then washed at 90°C with laundry disinfectant.

Clean laundry is visibly stored in its designated place.
Waste Management:

Waste is removed from the premises daily.

Hair waste is placed in a bin lined with a 120L sealable plastic bag.

Trash bins are located next to the salon.
Reservation and Rental Rules for Strollers, Trailers, and Exhibition Cages

Reservations are made by phone at +420 601 087 974. The pickup date is arranged by mutual agreement and approximately 30 minutes should be allowed for handling the necessary procedures and demonstrating the rented item.

At the time of reservation, the renter must provide their name, pick-up date, and rental duration.

The item is picked up by the renter at the salon's address, as agreed.

The renter must present a valid ID card for identity verification. By signing the rental agreement, the renter confirms the accuracy of the information provided and consents to the processing of their personal data under Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, for business purposes of the lessor.

Unless otherwise agreed, upon signing the rental agreement, the renter pays the rental fee and a refundable deposit according to the current price list. If the rental is extended, an additional rental fee will be charged according to the invoice. The lessor hands over the item in good condition and provides instruction on its use.

The item must only be used for its intended purpose.

The renter is not allowed to lend the item to third parties, except for members of their household.

The renter may not alter or repair the item. Any violation of this rule makes the renter liable for the full repair cost, which may exceed the deposit amount.

If the item is returned undamaged, the deposit is fully refunded. In case of damage, the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit. If the cost exceeds the deposit, the renter must pay the difference. Repairs will be charged at standard rates.

The item must be returned undamaged and clean.

The item must be returned on the agreed date.

If the renter cannot return the item on time, they must notify the lessor at least one working day before the scheduled return date.

If the item is returned late without prior notice, the renter owes rent for each additional day. If no extension is agreed in advance, rent is charged at double rate from the first day after the agreed return date.

If the renter withdraws from the agreement or returns the item early, no refund of the rental fee is granted.

The lessor is not liable for injury or damage to the renter or third parties caused by improper or excessive use. The renter agrees to use the item in accordance with their physical condition, medical advice, and current fitness.

In case of theft, the renter must reimburse the lessor for the residual value of the item, which may exceed the deposit. The renter must continue paying rent until the value is reimbursed. The theft must be reported to the Czech Police and the lessor immediately, and any new information must be communicated to the lessor.
Complaint Regarding a Malfunctioning Machine or Equipment
If the rented item becomes non-functional, the renter must notify the lessor immediately. The lessor will repair or replace the item with a functioning one. If this is not possible, the renter may terminate the agreement and request a proportional refund.
Pricing and Reimbursement of Costs

The renter must pay all charges and fees related to the rental according to the valid price list at the time of rental or service. Payments must be made properly and on time.

The lessor may require full or partial payment before granting further rentals.

In case of payment delay, the lessor may charge late fees.

The renter must reimburse any reasonable expenses incurred by the lessor in connection with the rental or legal obligations, even if such costs are not known in advance, otherwise according to the valid price list. The lessor always seeks to minimize expenses.

Without prior written consent of the lessor, the renter may not assign, pledge, or transfer any claims, contract, or rights. The renter may not allow third parties (except household members or employees of a business renter) to use the item or claim any lien or retention rights over the item.
