Each breed has established grooming and coat trimming standards. If you would like a different style from the standard, please let me know when handing over your pet.

Please check the completed grooming when picking up your pet at the salon and notify me immediately of any issues so I can fix them before you leave.

If you discover minor imperfections later at home, feel free to contact me.

Safety First

I care for your pets with love and the utmost attention, always prioritizing their comfort and safety during all procedures.

I kindly ask all my current and future clients to approach my health with the same responsibility. If you are aware of aggressive behavior in your pet, please inform me in advance.

In most cases, such behavior can be prevented, but preparation is essential.

Conditions for Grooming Your Pet

Please note that animals with parasites will not be treated at the salon due to the risk of easy transmission.

Anal gland expression should be performed by a veterinarian.

Keep in mind that grooming and bathing can be more or less stressful for your dog, so it is important to inform me responsibly about your dog’s health condition.

I especially need to know about skin issues, small warts that may not be visible under long fur, past surgeries on limbs or other body parts, food allergies (due to treats), ear infections, or heart conditions.

Please bring your pet already walked and not immediately after feeding.
