A new by-law on dogs in Roztoky

At its August session the town council approved a new generally binding by-law of the Town of Roztoky on the movement of dogs within the municipality (OZV No. 7/2025).

🐾 The by-law sets out the rules for letting dogs run free, makes public spaces safer and cleaner, and is meant to help everyone living in the town get along considerately.

Groomasters Prague 2025

On 10 May I took part in Groomasters, the international dog grooming competition, at PVA Letňany.

Berta was my model and a wonderful partner on the day. My thanks to Mrs Dočkalová for lending me her dog.

We are not bringing a cup home, but I came away with a great deal of new experience for my work.

My thanks also go to the whole Czech grooming academy team for putting on a superb event.
