Pet Grooming Terms and Conditions

Here’s a summary of practical information. Please read the detailed explanations below.

• Payment is accepted in cash only
• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• Dogs must be walked before entering the salon
• Do not bathe your dog before the appointment
• Report any health issues or changes in your pet's condition
• If your pet shows signs of a viral illness, please do not make an appointment
• Dogs in heat are not a problem
• If you do not agree with your dog being placed in a resting pen while waiting for your return, please inform me in advance

Please note: Pets with parasites will not be treated in the salon due to the risk of spreading infection

Notice for dog owners
In some cases, for reasons of hygiene or appearance, it may be necessary to clip certain areas of the coat very short (for example the muzzle, the ears or the intimate area). In more sensitive dogs the coat growing back can itch, and they may react by scratching or licking that spot. The salon accepts no responsibility for irritation or injury caused by the dog behaving this way after grooming.

Your Pet’s Health

Keep in mind that grooming and bathing can be more or less stressful for your dog. That's why it is important to inform me responsibly about your pet’s health condition.

I especially need to know about:

• skin issues
• small warts (which may not be visible under long fur)
• any previous surgeries (limbs or other body parts)
• food allergies (due to treats)
• ear infections
• heart conditions

Please make sure your pet arrives walked and not immediately after eating.

Grooming and Safety

Each breed has standard grooming and coat trimming guidelines. If you prefer a different style, please let me know when handing over your pet.

I care for your pets with love and utmost care, always ensuring their comfort and safety during all procedures.

Before You Book

I kindly ask all current and future clients to treat my health with the same responsibility. If your pet has shown aggressive behavior, please inform me in advance.
Such behavior can usually be prevented, but it’s important to be prepared.

By booking an appointment at the salon, you also confirm that the animal booked has all its compulsory vaccinations up to date.
